Kotobuki-dana:

  • TODO When displaying the hishaku at a diagonal, where exactly does it go? Perfect diagonal, somewhat offset, etc? ✅ 2023-04-16
    • Glenn: The only tana that has a rule is square tana (1/3 in the back, 1/4 in the front). All other tana is up to you and your aesthetics. The only rule for something like marujoku is “naname”, which can mean anything. So, go for visual balance. If you have an oblong tana, you may want to place it more vertical. If you have a perfectly circular tana, maybe it’s closer to 45’.
