I feel like the outer skins are just a little bit too thick so maybe rolled it out another centimeter or so but keep the same amount or reduce the total amount and keep the same actually I think rolling a little bit bigger. That’s the right way to do it keep the miso amount the same though let me kind of overflows with the current amount of over.

Putting the skins on the parchment paper, the parchment paper kind of wrinkled from the moisture and I left wrinkle bits in the mochi itself so I need to figure out a better way to do that maybe wax paper instead of parchment paper or something
